This beautifully crafted lunch features a culinary collaboration between the vibrant spirits of Karu Distillery, and the gourmet flavours and creations of Birdie.
This one-day only dining experience starts off with a Karu gin beverage on arrival, followed by a four-course tasting menu, showcasing seasonal and high-quality produce, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a different premium Karu gin cocktail.
