This Father’s Day, swap the usual for something more thoughtful. Birdie Bar & Brasserie at Novotel Sydney City Centre is serving up a three-course lunch that goes beyond the plate – a relaxed afternoon of good food, great company, and a few well-earned extras.
Available Saturday 6 September and Sunday 7 September, this special event menu includes dishes like smoked salmon croquettes, slow-roasted scotch rib-eye, and Drambuie panna cotta – classic comfort with a Birdie twist.
Guests joining as a father figure will enjoy a Chivas Regal Whiskey Sour or Old Fashioned on arrival, plus a complimentary grooming travel kit to take home. Everyone else can choose from a house wine, tap beer or soft drink.
And because a little self-care goes a long way, we’ve partnered with The Barberhood for an on-site trim station, with quick tidy-ups available from 12pm to 3pm.
Tickets are $99 per person, with $5 from every booking donated to the Black Dog Institute in support of mental health initiatives.
The Birdie kids’ menu is available too – making it easy for families of all kinds to relax, connect and celebrate.
